I'm still on the lunch subject tonight. There are several really good places to buy subs in the WaWa area. (not the underwater type. I've never even been in one...have you?) Sub City can be found in both Wa and Wa (also in Cedar Falls). It's local, has been around for several years, and has great sandwiches. You can order any of the sandwiches as a "sub in a tub" (a salad). My favorite Sub City is in Waverly. It's in the old train depot, right along the bike trail. We also have Subways in both places and a Jimmy Johns in Waterloo. Subs may be a quick and easy lunch for all of us one day next June.
PS...It's Sunday night and I'm distressed because another nonproductive weekend has flown by. I always feel so guilty when I don't get as much accomplished as I'd planned. : (
