This week, we've started playing a new old game...Musical Chairs. The kids enjoy playing; however, every time the music stops, I have to remind them to sit down. And, I have to make sure that there are always enough chairs so everyone can sit down. It's funny to watch them walk around the chairs...there's always someone going the wrong direction!
What is that S word doing in our forecast, not supposed to amt to anything. The robins are attacking the worms on our sidewalk/driveway unmercifully! It's drizzling and cool out. Jenn goes to work at 1, Darold is out for coffee and his workout and then will work on taxes, I went for coffee and have an afternoon haircut, having salmon and baked pots for dinner, same old-same old. I'll be working downstairs while watching American Idol while Darold watched March Madness BB. Take good care, ALL!
ReplyDeleteHi Diane! Who are your Idol favorites after tonight's show?

ReplyDeleteI don't really like any of the girls, maybe Haley. Pia is just too beautiful/talented, she can make it on her own now with this exposure, let someone else have a chance. After tonight, I like Casey, Jacob, James, Paul, and Scotty esp. after the way he ended his song! How about you?
ReplyDeleteAfter receiving 11+ inches of wet heavy snow with .60% moisture, I was glad to hear Scotty, (my favorite) do so well tonite on Idol. There are so many talented ones this year. Didn't get out today because our streets haven't been plowed yet. Hope they get it done cuz tomorrow is my afternoon/night to have Maddie. Also is Lucas 24th birthday on the 24th (his golden birthday.) Maddie went with me to visit Grandma Leah on Sat. and she fed Grandma butterscotch pudding. So cute. Grandma's arm is still in a sling and she has trouble feeding herself. They finally put her in a DR where help is given to those who need it. Have a sign made to put in our front yard: got snow???
ReplyDeleteHi Diane! I also like Paul, Jacob, Casey, and James. I think that Scotty will get a recording contract out of Nashville without any help from Idol. Every season I try to pick the winner...I'm always wrong!
ReplyDeleteHi Bev! I can't even imagine having to wait for snowplows; we're having a hard time dealing with all the rain we've been getting!
ReplyDeleteDerek said that Scotty is from a small town not too far from him...Scotty's got quite a following in NC. I can't wait to meet Maddie this summer...she sounds like lots of fun!
