Had dinner with the D Wolffs (Tyler was his usual silly self), made strawberry Kool-aid playdough, and fell asleep on the couch while watching "Say Yes To The Dress". So much excitement packed into one evening!
Thanks, Farm Girl, for letting us share in your family Friday night dinner. Adam is such a good looking, ambitious, young man, doing all his own house repairs. Aaron and Jaime are such a beautiful couple and, definitely, devoted parents. And, Tyler, what more can I say! How was the trip to IC? Lu, thanks for the messages, I can hear your voice as though you are right beside me talking. Butrfly Lady, how did the 3 nights with Maddy go and how did Trax turn out business wise and are you feeling AOK by now? Grandpa to be, we are very excited that you might be coming to IA in June, laden down with pictures of the new granddaughter! Can hardly believe that my baby will be 38 next week and Jenn 40 in May. I bought her the book Fortytude, I heard her talking to her friends about turning that number and thought she needed some encouragement, but she assures me that she doesn't.
Hi Diane! It seems that Adam is forever working on his house. Which house is in worse shape...his or mine? It's a toss-up! We had fun in Iowa City...it was nice to "get away", even if it was just for a few hours!
