The Aftermath

I'm back. I apologize for taking such a long break from the blog. When I started it, I had fully intended to post every day without fail. Strange how the world as we have it planned can come to a halt, as it did the day that Ty was rushed to the hospital. Since then, it has been one thing after another. I think I know how it must feel to find yourself drowning, to come up for air, only to have someone shove your head under again...over and over (sounds like a scene from a horror movie). Over the past few months, this has happened to me...repeatedly. Anyway, I'm anxious to hear from all of you and to continue our plans for this summer.
PS...Thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers for Tyler...he's doing great! : )

  2. Oh Farm Girl, it's soooo good to have you back on the Blog! Love the green background, we know it takes a lot of your time, and you certainly have enough to do without it! Just want to tell you that we siblings are your Lifelines, your Life Guards, and anytime you need an ear or a helping hand, WE ARE HERE. You have said that you don't share until a question is asked. We don't always know the right question to ask and sometiimes feel we might be invading your privacy. Hopefully you would understand that we are trying to be helpful, not nosey. If you would ask one of us to keep something to ourselves, WE WOULD! Enjoy your Spring Break, anything special planned? Have time to go to Barn Happy for lunch? Just let me know. Jenn is home from NC, picked her up around 1 today. She is so tired and so pumped about the Parkinson's team. She really enjoyed the time with Derek and Amanda. Let me know about lunch, I could make any day W-S work.

  4. Hi Diane! I talked to Derek this afternoon...he said that they enjoyed their time with Jenn and her co-workers. He mentioned that it was nice to be around people who have a "normal" life (what is that?). Have a good week...will let you know about lunch!
