Hello from "Mile Wide"
I survived today and am spending the night in Denver. Jaime has a workshop tomorrow and I, not being a morning person, decided to spend the night here. It will be quite a change (a good change) to have just one instead of eight or nine. I'm counting tomorrow as my last official day of the 2010-2011 school year.

What is a mile wide??? Sounds so good to be out picking strawberries. The strawberry farm here closed and anyway, it's too COLD to even think of picking strbrys. Won't even make it to 60 degrees today. Had to turn on our little Amish heater in the LR to warm up. Owly Lady, tell Darold to request PT. It did wonders for me and my pinched nerve. Has he talked to Jon about his back? When is Jon coming? Maybe he can help him. At this time, it looks like we all will be leaving on Sat morning. Lucas is still iffy but I hope he works it out at Noridian. He applied for part time long ago, but the paper trail is holding that up. See you all soon!!
ReplyDeleteHi Bev! Denver, Co is known as the "Mile High City"...Denver, Ia is known as the "Mile Wide City". So...I was in Denver! I hope that Lucas will be able to come...We haven't seen him for a LONG time. TTYL : )
