The End

The 2011 Grant reunion has come and gone. We looked forward to it for so many months and then, when the time arrived, everything occurred so fast that it seemed like a blur. Whenever our family goes on vacation, there are always some things on our vacation agenda that we didn't have time to do. My feeling about that is this....it gives us a good reason to go back. And so it was with the reunion. There were so many things that I had hoped that we would do and we just didn't have time. And so, we'll save it until next time...

This is the last day for the My Life As Me blog. Thanks to everyone for commenting and contributing...it was fun!

  3. Thank you to the Iowa hosts for a great time. We enjoyed seeing everyone and the time went so fast. Thanks to Farm Girl for the blog-it was neat to read about your daycare kids and was nice to keep in touch.

  4. Sorry to be so late in writing in this blog which I have enjoyed so much. Seems like our reunion came and went too fast, but everyone has their responsibilities, so it had to end. Thanks to our hosts for everything. Too much to mention, but ditto to what Diane said. The Ruff reunion has come and gone, too. Mom Wolff attended all 3 days, much to my amazement. She really did well. Darold and Jon left on Monday, LeRoy and Shirley left today and Dye Anna is still here, so tomorrow I'm taking Mom to meet relatives at the Medina cafe for dumplings. Yum! Sorry to see the blog come to an end, but in 2013, we will try to start a new one to let everyone know the dates for our next reunion. Thanks again!

  5. We have company again, just one person this time, but since returning from IA I've been swamped: getting ready for his visit, helping Maryann plan for camping in the mountains, taking Robert to his various appointments, and taxiing Peter to his beloved summer art class. Oh, yes, we adopted a new cat. I have more things to thank everyone for than would fit in an unabridged dictionary. You Wa Wa folks bent over backward to make the reunion a success, and it was, just splendid. The stuff of lovely memories for all of us forever.
