Today was our first day back together after a much needed 2 1/2 week break. The kids were excited to see each other. In fact, as soon as D saw K, she approached her with her arms spread wide open. Just as D was about to give K a big bear hug, K said, "No, thank you." D backed up, looked a little stunned, but asked, "Yes, please?". K reconsidered, and they hugged. Too cute!
Oh, that K is on her way to being a heart breaker. Congrats, to Wendy for receiving her Health Care Auditor certification. I know she studied hard to get this. She has been at Med Center One for 25 years, I don't know for how many of those years as a certified professional coder. They know when they have a good one!!
ReplyDeleteYes! We'll go, though we hear that traffic creeps through the Grapevine at a snail's pace. I've been up since 2. It's now close to 6. We —really I— have vowed to leave at 8. We'll say hello to Mickey for all of you.
ReplyDeleteHi Diane! Yes, congratulations to Wendy...what an accomplishment! I haven't stuck with anything for 25 years except being a parent and being me!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Lucille! Have fun! Yes, tell our friend Mickey "Hello!" for us.
ReplyDeleteMadison loves Mickey Mouse AND Minnie Mouse. Wish she could go with you, Lu.
ReplyDeleteBev, Wouldn't it be fun to take all the "kids" to Disney?
