Airing My Dirty Laundry

A new multiple choice quiz:

Today I...
1) Spent twenty minutes digging through my couch cushions looking for quarters.
2) Was treated to a rousing rendition of "We Are The World".
3) Jumped up and down in my laundry basket, trying to get five loads of laundry to fit into it (hey...what can I say...I'm lazy!).
4) Threw up three times and went out to do laundry anyway.
5) All of the above.
6) None of the above.

Answer will be posted tomorrow!

  1. I HOPE you didn't throw up again....just heard on the news that there are 3 different strains of the flu going around this year. No matter what...hope you get some rest this weekend! Mom and I will be through Waterloo on Sat late afternoon....let us know if a)we can bring you supper or b)you want to get out of the house a bit!

  2. I think it is NONE of the above, but I am not going to tell why! Jenn and I are headed to Des Moines in about an hour on the coldest morning of the winter. Hope her car starts tomorrow morning after sitting outside the motel all night.

  3. Hey Farm Girl, if you haven't gotten a new washer yet, I would say it is time. I'm guessing all five because they all sound like they fit into a story about your life. It is sooooo cold in ND that even all the snowmen are shivering. I had Madison overnite last night. When we left to go to the sitters, she put her sippy cup on the coffee table and said, "That's it! Bye, bye, sippy cup!" She can't take a sippy cup into daycare (for germs sake, I guess) so that was her way of saying she couldn't take it along. She never ceases to crack me up, as I know your kids do the same, Farm Girl. Hope Jenn has good luck at her eval. :)

  4. Hi everyone! Oh my gosh...it's SO COLD that I can hardly even type!!! Thanks for all your good guesses...Jenn...No, I did not throw up again. Diane, you already know the reason, and Bev, I agree, it's about time! Jenn...thanks for the offer to stop by on Saturday...I'll be in Denver with Tyler (A and J have dinner plans with friends.) Bev, once in awhile one of the kids will bring a sippy cup. Not really a big deal here...they usually finish the milk they brought from home and then drink mine.
